The original project, dating back to the second half of the 1990s, already boasted modern architecture while<\/p>\n
maintaining a classic and elegant flavor with refined details and noble materials.<\/p>\n
Our intervention was necessary to further improve what we described:<\/p>\n
the villa had problems with infiltration, rising damp, cracks due to settling in the<\/p>\n
time of materials with respect to various building bodies.<\/p>\n
These situations were present inside the building but especially outside, to which was then added<\/p>\n
A rehabilitation of the pool and surrounding parts.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the active cooperation of trusted craftsmen, the villa has regained its original splendor and<\/p>\n
