The original project, dating back to the second half of the 1990s, already boasted modern architecture while

maintaining a classic and elegant flavor with refined details and noble materials.

Our intervention was necessary to further improve what we described:

the villa had problems with infiltration, rising damp, cracks due to settling in the

time of materials with respect to various building bodies.

These situations were present inside the building but especially outside, to which was then added

A rehabilitation of the pool and surrounding parts.

Thanks to the active cooperation of trusted craftsmen, the villa has regained its original splendor and

solved the problems that would then systematically undermine its property value over time.
